Cash
Cash is a hanging Shellfolk figure made from warm-toned and white cowrie shells, suspended by fine threads from above. His body is rounded and compact, with a patterned cowrie shell torso and softly curved shell arms and legs that hang loosely, giving him a relaxed, unforced posture. He wears a simple skirt of natural fibres that falls lightly around his waist.
His head is formed from a small, speckled cowrie shell, with gentle, uneven eyes and a bright red mouth that give him an expressive but unassuming presence. A small tuft of dark fibre sits atop his head. Cowrie shells were historically used as currency, which gives him his name, Cash. His overall presence feels calm and observant, as though he notices small details and chooses carefully when to act.

Coral Jack
Coral Jack is a standing Shellfolk figure positioned on a natural white coral base with an uneven, porous texture. His body is slender and upright, giving him a slightly tentative but steady stance. His head is formed from a small shell with painted facial features, including expressive eyes and a softly defined mouth. A piece of pale green seaweed or leaf-like material rests on his head like a casual cap. His torso and limbs are made from translucent shell pieces with warm amber and cream tones, tapering down to darkened feet that grip the coral beneath him. Coral Jack appears alert and grounded, as though pausing to take in his surroundings before deciding his next move.

Lady Aleria
Lady Aleria stands tall and serene, her figure formed from layered shell elements that suggest a flowing gown shaped by the sea itself. Her posture is upright and composed, with a gentle lift through the chest and neck that gives her a sense of quiet authority. The shells catch the light softly, creating a pale, luminous surface that feels calm rather than showy. She appears balanced and still, as if listening rather than moving. Story reference: Lady Aleria is the keeper of the Golden Tide, appearing when the sea turns quiet enough to listen. She embodies attentiveness, rhythm, and the wisdom of moving with the water rather than against it.
