Bert

Shellfolk No 003

Available for Adoption

A curious-looking handmade Shellfolk figure with a mottled shell head, sandy-coloured hair, and two stout clam shells for feet.

A small Shellfolk figure (9cm tall) with a mottled shell head patterned in warm browns and golds, as if shaped slowly by tide and time. A soft, sandy-coloured tuft sits atop the head, giving Bert a gentle, weathered appearance. He stands firmly on two broad clam shells that form solid feet, lending the figure a sense of strength and balance. Despite the weight of the shells, the posture feels steady and quietly graceful. In the story, Bert tends a small, overlooked patch of sea floor each day, patiently clearing and smoothing the sand. While others doubt anything will grow there, Bert continues his careful work, allowing the water to move naturally around him until new coral blossoms finally appear.

9 cm High
